The staff of Shining Stars is committed to providing parents and children high quality caring childcare in a professional and nurturing home-like setting.
Goals
The lives of those who have contact with Shining Stars should be enriched because of the interaction. We treat everyone with dignity and respect and honor the uniqueness in those who cross our path. Children, families, and staff are diverse and Shining Stars works hard to incorporate those needs into our planning so that each person gets the quality of care needed. To accomplish this goal our action plan is:
- To provide a safe environment so that all feel protected.
- To provide a daily educational component that encourages children to grow socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
- To provide a welcoming home like atmosphere with family style meals and opportunities for mixed aged grouping.
